2. Reiki Meditation: Autumn Amsden, our Reiki M Teacher, will weave her magic during each session. Prepare to be transported to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace as she guides you through a soul-nourishing meditation.
3. Creative Themes: Every class is an adventure! We tailor our themes to ignite your creativity and align with the changing seasons. From sun salutations under the young summer sky to grounding practices at summers end, you’ll find inspiration in every breath.
4. Product Samples + Education: Black Bear Dispensary generously shares their space, product samples, and educational resources. Discover the benefits of hemp + plant guidance, explore herbal remedies, and deepen your understanding of holistic wellness.
