Father's Day Solstice Hike 

Come at your liesure for a Free Gathering to honor the changing of the season...

Bring your friends, pets and Fathers if possible. 

Wear comfy clothing, shoes etc.

Bring Water, Snacks, Momentos that represent this day/ season for you 

We will have extra waters 

We will have simple conversation & connection as we hike down the trail for a few hours. 

Father's Day can hold a number of feelings, therefore we are honoring the softness around this date with a Flower Mandela on the riverbank as we take our hike down Samuel Justus Trail. 

We will also take moments of stillness along the trail to honor the changing from Spring to Summer. Seasonal shifts can also hold mixed feelings as we watch the crops BLOSSOM!
